For example, heat wave products generally use 0.8 mm, cold wave products use 0.6 mm. 3. Body empty area - the ordinary body empty area in the industry accounts for 50% of the total body area, and the body space area is large and the production capacity is large. However, due to the large stagnant area, the screen machine is not strong enough and is easy to break.

4. Induction angle - usually 1.5 ~ 2.0 degrees (including 3 degrees), the larger the induction angle, the faster the material moves in the pacemaker, the shorter the beating time, but the worse the beating effect.

5. The spacing between the stick scraper and the screen - generally between 1-4 mm, the smaller the spacing, the greater the material pressure, and the better the beating effect. At the same time, it is easy to damage the screen. The specific gap is greatly related to the design of the tower motive and the technology of the producer, which is an important criterion for measuring the pros and cons of the tower motive.

6. The speed of the shaft - the speed of the ordinary shaft is 600-1200 rpm, the higher the speed of the shaft, the greater the various forces, and the better the beating effect. The speed is too high, the logistics movement speed is too fast, on the contrary, the shorter the beating time, the worse the beating effect. Finding one of the reasonable rotational speeds is also a measure of an effective beater.

7. Reasonable judgment of dow angle and gap - after the tomato sauce comes out of the dregs, the skin seeds are dry, the angle and spacing are reasonable, and the skin residue contains a lot of water (soluble solids of tomatoes), which indicates that the dodu angle and spacing of the slurry water vessel have not reached a better state.
