Second, the working principle of the fruit and vegetable beater is as follows:

When the mixed juice enters the buffer chamber of the pulp mill from the feed port through the push pump, the mixed juice actively enters the working room. Then under the action of the high-speed centripetal force of the rotor, the juice and pomace are actively separated. The juice enters the buffer chamber through a strainer and further prevents relaxation of the material. Due to the tangential principle of the screen and the action of the rotor, the slag is discharged from the rear end of the screen; The principle of the beater is the same as the beater, except that the filter hole of the bulldozer is smaller than that of the channel beater. The upper part of the operating chamber is provided with a dilution port, and when the juice mixture is viscous, the dilution of the material can be stopped through the dilution port; When the beater is not in use, the slag in the buffer chamber can be drained first, and then the door cover can be opened to clean the machine.

Third, the operation, application and precautions of fruit and vegetable beater:

1. Start-up: Before starting, check whether the rolling parts are firmly connected, whether the motor steering and signs are normal, whether the machine screws are loose, whether the door cover bolts are tightened, and whether there is loose phenomenon before starting. Then the participating raw materials stop beating.

2. Stop: After the motor stops, pull down the main gate. When the rotor does not stop turning, do not open the door cover. Turn the handwheel counterclockwise to open the door cover.

3. Refuel the bearing regularly to extend the service life of the bearing.

4. After each shift change, stop to clean and care for the machine once to avoid fermentation and deterioration of the materials in the machine. When cleaning, open the door cover and remove the filter frame before removing the rotor assembly.

Fruit and vegetable beater is widely used in the production of tomato sauce, strawberry jam, kiwi paste, mango sauce, peach paste, apricot sauce, bayberry juice, raspberry juice and other fruit and vegetable juices or pulp. Different raw materials, different pulping methods, and different sieve holes can achieve the ideal pulp yield.

After the material enters the screen cylinder, due to the rotation of the stick and the existence of the lead angle, the material moves along the cylinder to the discharge end. The track is spiral. The material is subject to centripetal force during the movement between the scraper and the screen drum. The juice and meat (beaten) are fed from the sieve through the collector to the next process, where the skin and seeds are discharged from the other tooth end of the drum to complete the separation.
