HGF series progressing cavity pumps are positive displacement pumps.
Its main working parts are composed of conveyor trough, spiral winding shaft, eccentric spiral screw (called rotor) and inner surface double-line helical screw bushing (called stator) and other parts.
Its working principle is: when the motor drives the screw shaft to rotate, the medium is forcibly pushed under the action of the spiral and enters the sealing cavity formed by the screw and the screw bushing. Every week of the screw, the liquid in the sealing chamber advances one pitch, and with the continuous rotation of the screw, the liquid presses from one sealing chamber to another in a spiral form, and finally extrudes the pump body.
