Single screw pump with propeller

HGF series single screw pump belongs to positive displacement pump. Its main working parts are composed of a conveying trough, a helical shaft, an eccentric helical screw (called the rotor) and a double-line helicoid screw bush (called the stator) on the inner surface. Its working principle is: when the motor drives the screw shaft to rotate, the medium is forced to advance under the action of the screw, and enters the sealed cavity formed by the screw and the screw bushing.
